Dear Simon Fraser Families,
We have a busy June ahead with many offsite activities at all the grade levels! A reminder that the Provincial Achievement Tests (PATs) are at the end of June. The PAT testing days remain full days of school with learning continuing for grade 6 and 9 students. Students do get an extended break after the testing to ensure that we are supporting their wellbeing. We recognize that the assessments can be stressful, so we understand and support the decisions that families make for their children. Please do not hesitate to reach out if families have any questions.
Here are a few reminders and updates for the week ahead:
- June 4 – Track & Field Meet
- June 4 AM – Envoe Grade 8 Canoe field trip
- June 5 – Spring Concert from 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM
Register for Yellow School Bus – 2024-25
Families are now able to register for school bus service for the 2024-2025 school year. Service levels and proposed fees will remain the same as the current school year. Registration is available using your MyCBE account. Families must register by Sunday, June 16 for students to be added to routes for the start of the next school year. Learn more!
