Dear Families and Caregivers,

As we arrive at our final day of school before Winter Break, we want to take a moment to thank you for your continued support and partnership throughout the fall. This year brought its share of challenges, and through it all, it was filled with learning, growth, and many moments of kindness and resilience across our school community.

We are pleased to share how proud we are of our students for their behaviour, kindness, and respect they demonstrated today, especially during the talent show. Students represented our school community in such a positive way, and the event highlighted the creativity, courage, and talents of our amazing students/staff. It was a joy to see students cheering one another on and celebrating each other’s efforts.

We were also excited to introduce our new Heart of the Dragon award today and recognized two students, Sam and Deron, who exemplify the values of our school. Their courage, persistence, leadership, and positive influence are great examples for others.

When students return on January 5, 2026, we are jumping back into learning with renewed energy. Important reminders and upcoming dates for the new term will be shared in early January, so please keep an eye on your inbox.

On behalf of all staff, we wish you a safe, restful, and joyful Winter Break. We hope this time provides an opportunity for rest, connection with family and friends, and a chance to recharge for the new year ahead.

Thank you for being an essential part of our school community. We look forward to welcoming students back in the new year.

Warmest wishes,
Gayleena Clark
